Plumber will be with you same day for an emergency or no later than next day for a routine appointments !
Plumber will arrive (on time) to assess job - if the work can be completed on the same day then the engineer will send you an electronic quote there and then for you to accept or decline. (see our transparent pricing promise) If the work requires a return visit or more time then you will be sent a quote within 24hrs and a option to book in online.
For emergency Call outs there is a one time make safe fee of £75 for the call out and to make safe after which you will be provided with a quote to remedy the work.
The work will be carried out in a professional, tidy manner.
When the job is complete you will receive a payment link
